Edit to add: I was NOT refunded let alone contacted by Dr Bord as requested, and was assured would happen. Finally, there was nothing routine about check out, it was chaos. I never brought up any concerns with fleas, ticks, or medications because I was there for vaccines. It was made clear at my initial visit I wasn’t interested in RX flea and tick medication. Investigate your bill BEFORE you leave. I made it clear to the initial Vet I met with that we wouldn’t be using any flea/tick pills or chemicals for our pup. On the THIRD visit, I was being handed stuff at the counter by two different people, dog treat sample and two small boxes, all while asking me if I had received my new puppy bag and I’m trying to find out when I need to come back, pay the bill…chaos…. only to find out once back at home they put two prescriptions in my bag that costed over $70 and one of them was Bravect... read more
Lowering my original review because I dont appreciate how my mother was treated. First of all let me make something clear, she is disabled and on a fixed income. That means she is not always in the best financial situation. So far twice she has ever had to delay paying them for services, twice she has had to call them to remind them about the payment, and twice she has been given attitude only to have her account over drawn. Fantastic as always. Best vet office is have ever used. Staff is wonderful...very knowledgeable and friendly. Vets are amazing. I would and have recommended them multiple times. Can't say enough about them.
Staff is unprofessional and honestly kind of rude. If its not a dog, they won't truly try and treat them. Find somewhere else that will treat them with love, not a glance over. Truly might me the worst vets office I have been to 👎👎 EDIT; your response is supporting my claim of the staff being unprofessional and unkind.
