I have the best therapist! She listens to me and cares about me. My psychiatrist, Katherine, is attentive, supportive and listens to my concerns.
Not impressed. Only recommend as a last resort. They used to take our insurance but have been informed that now only certain therapists within are preferred providers, greatly limiting who you can see. It’s slim pickings. Hence the long wait list. Had special circumstances and was told by business office they would work with me to lower copayments but there was never any follow up on that. This nothing more or less a cult.
We really had a bad experience there. I will not elaborate for obvious reasons but I would not recommend them to anyone and we stopped treatment after 5 months. Also, they doubled the price of therapy without letting us know and recieved a bill 7 months after we stopped, stating the change for the first time. Be aware.
