I've never had such an awkward,unwelcoming experience. First impressions are everything and I needed to go with my gut. I called earlier to get some information about services offered for my significant other. When a lady answered it was just a simple "Hello"!. I had no idea if I was speaking with a therapist or front desk. She never introduced herself. When asking whom she was she responded with "I'm one of the therapists here and you are?"
