Called to schedule my child an appointment was told the account was on hold for a billing issue from 2023. Never received a statement, a phone call or was told about this balance. I asked for an itemized statement and was told by the rep that since it’s so old they can’t provide me one. I asked for a supervisor and was told that their management team doesn’t take calls! What a joke!
Had a great visit was nice to know I am not allergic to anything. The staff was outstanding and very nice to me during my visit. I would recommend them to family and friends!
Dr. Revan & nurse Cheryl worked with me to address concerns over the shots knotting up in my arms. They were very patient, understanding & eager to resolve the issue. Cheyl gave me my shots in the back of my arms & rubbed it in really well. The shots did not hurt going in & I had zero reaction. I truly appreciate their time & effort.
