I made an appointment to see an MD because I wanted to discuss my ongoing heart failure and how it relates to my allergies. After about a 15 minute delay, a lady comes in the room and starts asking me questions. I knew she wasn’t the doctor. She then explains to me that the doctor was busy and couldn’t come in to talk to me. I’m not sure why we make appointments if he was too busy to talk to me. My time is as valuable as anybody else’s! FYI...Family Allergy & Asthma (FA&A) provides approved Veterans with care via VA Community Care Network. The eligible Veteran must first see his VA Primary Care Provider & get approved for the Community Care Network. Once approved, the folks at FA&A will handle your prescriptions & follow-up CARE. It's worth your time & effort to look into it! I'm glad that I did!!! Semper Fi

This office is a place that I will highly recommend if anyone who has problems dealing with allergies, the staff is very pleasant especially the lady at the front desk her name is Miss Dawn she's a ray of sunshine, the technicians that work in the back they always greet you with a smile and always want to know how your day is doing. They're complimentary smile and pleasant attitude is contagious I love going there and you will too.
