Amazing service. They actually care about there patients.
Dr. Phomakay, receptionist, Nurse Toni, I can't remember the Bio nurse, but they all are great and make you feel very comfortable. Grant it, I don't know anyone who likes to go to the doctor, but they make the doctor's visit as comfortable and smooth as possible. They make sure you leave understanding everything and there are no lingering questions.
My visit for my six months checkup was excellent. Ingrid Cantrell explained thoroughly what changes i needed to start implementing, went over my medication list and explained questions that I had. The check in procedure was excellent and getting my allergy shot was excellent like always.
I had the pleasure of having my experience with nurse Toni Tayborn Thomas she provided a space that was comfy and I felt safe while getting my testing done. She was super informative, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Dr. Amy Ragsdale has been very proactive in making provisions for my needed treatments and medications as well.
I really enjoyed speaking with my new doc today.
