They proved my celiac disease; have given me flu shots,,& two inhalers. Very caring,either in Virtual Appointments, or in person. I have seen several people here,& they are all knowledgeable.
I called several times to have someone run my ins. Again as I paid 300.00 for my visit because I was told by Family Allergy &Asthma I had no coverage. I called my ins. Back they said they cover FAA and they were in Network and the needed to call a different number for payment. When I advised FAA they said they would call. They did not and I have not heard anything back from FAA...I will NEVER go to them again and I advise others not too....Customer service was very unprofessional.
