I've enjoyed my experience at the office itself, the shot nurses have been amazing with my daughter and me. However, calling and trying speak with someone or schedule a sick appointment is a joke. Long hold times, waiting for 10-15 minutes and then having to leave a voicemail, and being put on hold or transferred without being explained why is very frustrating. I would recommend improving your phone systems.
Family Allergy and Asthma, is awesome! My doctors, Dr.Stephanie Wallace and Dr. Damon Boyle are really great doctors! This place really cares about their patients and getting them well and to feel better quickly. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. If you have suffer from allergies, I highly recommend this facility and these doctors! Stephanie May
