Beware. This company is running a scam. They require new customers to pay a $300 deposit plus an office fee (a $35 copay for us) before their first visit. Their excuse is that because our deductible isn't met, they need to make sure they get paid for any treatment not covered by insurance. This is a silly practice, but we have an HSA that covers things like this, and planned to just reimburse the expense after the visit. From the first appointment, the staff treated me exceptionally well. Nurse Tina walked me through the process and documentation and getting my ID/swipe card. Very convenient. Very professional, competent and friendly. And respectful. The nurse was a veteran and I really appreciate that. However, the best part is, the shots are working! I have had serious sinus/allergy issues since I was a kid and always had to use OTC sprays. So far this year, I have not used any of that. Thanks so much. VR, Jim Gallagher
Nurse Tina was fantastic! It was my daughter's first day getting the allergy shot. She explained the process thoroughly, making sure we both understood. She was also patient and involved my 5-year-old in the process, treating her with care.
My son gets his allergy shots here and they are always fast and friendly
