If I could rate 0 stars I would. The worst customer service ever. My daughter has never been seen before by this doctor and had an appt today but a serious emergency and needed to reschedule. The front staff said they don’t do reschedules and id need to see anyone’s doctor. I was confused saying this is her very first appointment and I would understand if she’s always a no call no show but she said per the doctor order he does not want to see her now. What a pathetic joke of an office idk How he is still open.
Worst experience ever at a doctors office. Unprofessional receptionist rude and not helpful and considerate. Had confirmed an appointment a week ago when arriving to the appt. Attitude from the start telling me no appointment was set up even after explaining to them the situation and that they had given me an appointment they asked for an authorization I call my Dr office and they start working on it they get the authorization and front desk tells me they can’t see me because the last appointment is at 3 and it’s 3:14.
The doctor is really nice and professional. My main problem is the nurses that provide the allergy shot. Two in particular there hide behind "it's the doctors orders". I don't think they are qualified to decide if the patients get their allergy shot that day or not. It needs to be a certified RN or LVN, someone who really knows. They also don't explain that vials expire. Treatment can be very expensive, and nurses think that a payment plan fixes the problem. If I could give 0 stars I would!! Took my son in 2 years ago to get tested to see if he was allergic to amoxicillin and they never tested him. But they tested him for asthma. Never showed me results but said he had asthma. For 2 years he took asthma meds and today went back with his original allergy specialist and they tested him for asthma and he does not have it!!
