I developed a cough last night and woke up at 0500 this morning very sick. I had shots scheduled for 0830 so I immediately attempted to call the office multiple times and the automated system says to “press 1 for after hours assistance”. It takes you to a dial tone that then states “this number can not be completed as dialed.” Or some such nonsense. I wanted to cancel as soon as possible so as not to be billed for the visit.
