Kelsey is an amazing person. She listened to me on how I wanted my hair colored. She did exactly what I explained to her. She treated me with all of the up most respect she took her time to make me as a customer feel great with my hair. Kelsey is a very knowledgeable cosmetologist. She is also very caring.
