Very rude. The ladies were obviously fighting over something personal. Lady who cut my sons hair in the past said all of a sudden she doesn't do kids cuts anymore. My wife grabbed my son out of the chair and walked out on them. She Literally zipped half his hair off and was very rough that he cried. I hope this business does NOT survive the coming recession. You don't deserve it.
