Awesome program for adolescent’s seeking MH/DD/SA treatment.
Worked there shortly. Management will poorly train you and expect more of you than they’re willing to pay. There’s a superiority complex from the owner. He has a way of belittling those around him by using disclaimers. They are very messy there and if I could give less than a star I would. Refused to pay me when I quit. I got sick once and the owner said me “we all have feelings” and then they proceeded to take me off of the schedule. Not to mention stirring the pot between myself and another staff.
