Everyone was so friendly. From the receptionist, to lab tech, nurse, and doctor, all were answering my questions or engaged in conversations. The Doctor answered my questions and gave additional information as I was taking notes and everyone was so professional!!
I have had to wait in the waiting room for an extended time, but Telemed is the best! If you are just getting lab results, tell them to get you an appointment by phone. I could sit on my couch and get the results.
I would like to start by saying my provider is M. Priola and he has been for many years. He, as a provider deserves 5 stars, as he has always taken incredibly good care of me. Mark always makes me feel heard and understood, not to mention he is sincere and knowledgeable. My dealings with the 'office staff', have been very different however. Very kind and professional. First time I feel listened to by a doctor in many years. This is the ONLY doctors I'd recommend, been in Prescott for over ten years and had many different doctors. It is very hard finding truly professional behaving people in this town, go to Family 1st and no one else!
