I see reviews that complain about the efficiency of this office & I do see a change of faces & procedures. I also know Covid took a lot out of the medical community! This office seems to be making a lot of improvements & I am pretty fussy! The staff is friendly & caring! My medical NP has moved to the office in the last year! Everything was really fabulous from the very first moment I contacted the practice. The staff is very efficient, knowledgeable, courteous. My appointment was handled in a very timely fashion, right on time. The doctor spent a great amount of time with me, listening to my concerns. The visit exceeded my expectations. I will be going back.
8- the number of times I called over a 3 day period. 4 is the number of messages I left. And 0 is the number of call backs I received 0 appointments made with 8 attempts. I am beyond disappointed in this doctors office and will be finding a new one immediately!
