Jennifer was fantistic just a sweet heart to deal with. She is extremely knowledgeable about the products and equipment. She took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood the equipment. Absolutely fantastic customer service. I made several calls and left messages to the other local shop and after 2 mths still no reply. It worked out way better for me because the service, the consults and after care is second to none. GM

I called Family 1st Medical and described what I was looking for and the lady at reception had it ready for me the moment I walked in. I was blown away at their amazing level of customer service.
