Friendly staff. Dr McDowell was great. He took time and listened to my concerns and explained how we could resolve them. He made me feel at ease and not just like another patient he was trying to rush out the door.
I have been a patient of Rob's for many years in Alexander and Iredell County. When he moved to Lenoir, I followed. I'm so glad I did. Not only do I continue to get the best care from Rob, but the entire staff is caring and friendly. You don't get care like this anymore. It's always 1 on 1 and I have never felt rushed out the door. I've gotten the best help from everyone there from billing, refills, portal communication, care etc. I can't put into words how much I appreciate each and everyone of you there! Thank you!
The service is great. I feel like they really care about me.
Karen Clarke was a great FNP. I missed one appointment because it was made in December 2024. I did not receive any notice or reminder until AFTER. I didn't confirm it in response to any notice sent (I only got emails in an account that is out dated and rarely checked.) While I should have updated my email.. I still received NO reminder by phone. I was booted from the practice immediately. Beware if you miss an appointment be prepared to find a new doctor.
