J’avais jusqu’à aujourd’hui un service exceptionnel. Je faisais une infection urinaire. Le pharmacien en devoir n’a pas voulu prendre un prélèvement d’urine pour me prescrire un antibiotique! Je suis allée ailleurs et sans problème, on m’a fait un prélèvement et donner des antibiotiques. Après près de 11 ans, j’ai décidé de transférer mon dossier dans une autre pharmacie.
I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with customer service at this pharmacy today From my perspective pharmacists are healthcare professionals who are expected to be patient, respectful and kind when interacting with people but unfortunately that was not the case during my interaction. Small but efficient service
J'avais besoin qu'on prenne ma pression artérielle rapidement avant un rendez-vous téléphonique chez le médecin. La dame au comptoir des ordonnances ma gentiment mis en contact avec l'infirmière . L'infirmière a pu prendre ma pression rapidement, elle a pris le temps de m'expliquer les résultats. Tout ça et j'étais sorti en 10 minutes. Je suis vraiment satisfaite.
