Plusieurs erreurs, le médicament a été chargé et mon remis. On me dit que c’est ainsi tant pis. On me fait sentir mal de ne pas vouloir le médicament dispendieux qui n’est pas couvert par prétexte qu’on devrait me faire deux bouteilles pour que les assurances remboursent. Et insiste pour que je paie ce que j’ai faite.
