The one star is only for the front desk lady and the cashier who were very helpful. However, one nurse/pharmacist was extremely rude and condescending. She acted as if she knew better than a pediatrician and questioned the official prescription. I found another clinic that solved everything perfectly. Unprofessional and arrogant attitude.
Service absolument merdique, une des infirmières agit comme si elle était meilleure que tout le monde et traite horriblement les clients. Ils font toujours des erreurs en ce qui concerne l'envoi des analyses de sang et ne l'admettent pas, ils blâment toujours l'hôpital. N'allez pas dans cette pharmacie pour faire une prise de sang si vous ne souhaitez pas que votre service soit effectué par une infirmière égocentrique qui n'a même pas la décence de vous accueillir correctement.
horrible experience. my friend and i walked in and were immediately asked to leave our bags at the cash. everyone else was allowed to have their bags with them except for us. we were being looked at while shopping the entire time, the cashier had eyes on us at all times and made us feel very uncomfortable. she then began to follow us around the store and told her colleagues to keep an eye on us. it was so degrading and disgusting, nobody should be treated that way.
