Great service
Convenient location but the least service oriented or helpful pharmacy I have ever experienced in Quebec. I have had problems before but today I was refused advice without opening a file. Explanation, they are compensated by the RAMQ for helping customers but can not receive that without opening a file. Flat refused to answer my simple inquiry and flippantly told me “ Tylenol” as I walked out. Very surprising and disappointing interaction. Putting profits above care is not a thing I expected in Otterburn Park.
