There are some exceptional staff that try very hard and do very well. Yet, there are others who do not do so well. On 3 separate occasions I was given prescriptions for someone else with the same name. Consistent, effective customer service is essential, especially in the health care field. Nice to see that in recent months they have simplified some aspects of dealing with customers. The upkeep of the facilities needs attention in a number of areas.
