unfortunately i decided to be seen here, which was definitely my first error. staff is indolent and careless. medication was incorrectly sent as was a lab order. getting ahold of their office staff is nearly impossible as seen by my 20+ calls to their outsourced staff. honestly comical how little regard they seem to have, but oh well! not sure where all these wonderful reviews are coming from
So thankful I stumbled across this clinic. Got really bad strep throat during a period of unemployment and they were able to accommodate me at a rate I could afford. Quick walk-in and fast on spot service.
They don’t care about PEOPLE’s TIME if the appointment is at 2 pm they will make you wait for an hour to see the doctor.
