I filled out a 'confidential' questionnaire for psychologist Sonia Costello at Families in Mind Psychology for one of my students. The questionnaire stated that only their authorised staff would see my comments and that everything I said would be completely confidential. Families in Mind copied and pasted my exact comments, publishing them into a report accessible by people other than their authorised staff. I had really bad experience with both ladies. Did not follow the instructions. Wasted my time and the chance of getting family therapy for my children. Biased and old school style opinionated. Have links with FCC so get a lot of referrals but i believe they are not worth it. I would stay away from them.
