Absolute dog and pony show. Impossible to make an appointment. They claim to "help" parents in Cabarrus county, but make you drive to Rowan. If 0 stars were possible, I would give them that.
I was involved in supervised visitation held by employees of Family first. The program director Beth. Set in on two visits both visits the notes that were taken was misappropriated for the purpose of describing my conversation with my kids in a negative way. Also Beth testimony during court was directed towards favoring the opposition. Despite her Beth telling months prior Family first does not have a Dog in the fight based on my experience it does not seem that way to me.
