As a woman, I've been coming to Familia Automotive for a couple of years now. Definitely a return customer, as Klent always gives me details about what is wrong with my car. If I think something is wrong, or need help, he tells me to bring it in and he'll look at it. I've recommended Familia Auto to family members.

I took my 2000 Camaro for a crankshaft sensor replacement they did a good job no complaints but just recently I brought in my 2004 Kia optima for another crankshaft sensor replacement and a timing belt replacement it took them almost a week to replace it for a 2 hour job he charged me 700 dollars and didn't even fix it correctly. When I brought it in it was running when I went back to pick it up it wasn't running anymore I don't know if the timing was off or a faulty sensor this place really disappoint me I had to tow my car... read more
