We love it here we've been coming over 19 years to the same place it's not like coming to the doctor it's like going to visit family
I’ve been going to this clinic for 4 years. While the doctors are generally okay, the front desk nurses — especially Nurse Cam — are consistently rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I chose this clinic as my parents' PCP because they don’t speak English well. Instead of offering patience and support, the front desk staff talk down to elderly patients and treat non-English speakers with disrespect. The 2 little girls at the front desk are absolutely useless and rude (must be related to the owner otherwise no one in their right mind would hire them). Came in with my wife today because she has an appointment for consultation, so I figure might as well make an appointment for a check up since they show up in my insurance provider list. Please get care somewhere else. This office staff, especially the receptionist, do NOT care about the patients at all. They can’t even help with a simple request such as changing pharmacy to send medications to. They just want money from you but do not provide any care.
The good doctor passed away. It’s now under different management. One staff member whose name is Ngọc was very rude!
