We were giving up rving, but between Derik and Shannon we changed our minds. From start to finish it was better than we could ever expect. Where to begin?? This was easily the worst experience we have ever had with RV repair. We left with more problems than we went in with. Fame left parts in our fifth wheel that rolled under our slides and ripped the flooring up. They dropped the microwave they were replacing on our stove top and bent it. The same microwave wasn't installed correctly and fell out and cracked our cabinet. They installed a new toilet in the wrong bathroom. Our slides no longer stay in and our jacks drop while traveling.
