Broke my $6000 stereo – guys broke my $6000 stereo, every time i turn on my $60,000 BMW, the music plays full blast, which is about as loud as the sound garden second row. We also caught the owners kid smoking pot and driving his car which is a DWI. also unprofessional conduct, they can sure change oil though. the AMS oil changes were the best I've ever had.

Accommodating and Super Knowledgeable – Brad and his staff really knew their stuff. I brought in a late 80's Mercedes, and was relieved to see a similar car up on the lift right next to it. These guys fixed what needed to be fixed, helped me prioritize other jobs that could wait, and allowed me to visit every day like an expectant father to see the progress. Very Competent – Years ago when there was a problem with my car, several other mechanics couldn't fix it and I was referred to FAME. They found the problem and fixed it. I have been going to them for a decade and am not even close to their location which means I have to fight traffic to get there. It is worth it. They are generous with information, very clear in explaining the issues and effects on the car.
