I am a school owner, and I have been a customer with fame for 5 years. Fame software crashes ALL THE TIME. You have to pay $$$ for monthly support and the wait times are most of the time 45 mins long once it hits 45 minutes it will either hang up on you or tell you to leave a voicemail. You won't get a call back for 2 days most of the time! It cost us tons of money to get our school set up and the software and tech support are such a let down.
This place is an awesome place to qork at. The new ownership is taking it to the next level.
