We found Fama Party Center by accident, but I think it was truly fate! Yolanda, the owner, is like a ball of sunshine; we loved every minute we spent with her! She took us in, last minute, helped fill all the balloons we brought, gave us fantastic decorating advice; and then like a true wizard, made 30 large balloons magically fit into my car.
