Disappointed with Quality and Customer Service I purchased a couch from Fama Living and was excited about the design and comfort—until it arrived. From the very beginning, the seat cushions were visibly wavy and uneven, giving the couch a worn-out appearance right out of the box. Despite reaching out, Fama Living never acknowledged the issue. Je suis très satisfaite de mes achats chez Fama Living. Le service de Mélanie est impeccable et le choix très vaste de tissus s‘adapte au style recherché, qu‘il soit minimaliste ou éclaté. Mon canapé est hyper confortable et l’ottoman qui le complète ajoute un plus à l’ensemble.
Trompeur! Il utilise les employés d'entrepôt sans les payer!!! Il achète les meubles cheap et de mauvaise qualité en Europe et les revend à un prix très élevé à Montréal.
