Bought a car for my daughter nearly a year ago. Paid in full and was told I would receive the title in the mail. A year later, and they are no longer accepting calls from me and nobody is in the shop. I also had to put $2500 of repairs into a car that costed me 5k. I cannot believe they are still in business. They are all over the news for their shitty business.
Paid off my car in December 2024 and I have not gotten my title, It’s been almost a year later and I’ve showed up In person to talk to them at least six times so I could get my title and they keep on telling me they’ll send it to me in a week or so, but they haven’t, Now they’re blocking my calls and the last two times I showed up in person they had their door locked and won’t answer, This place is ghetto and sketchy. Very friendly, good service, very punctual, my title was delivered quickly and at a good price. I recommend it to everyone if they need a good, nice, and cheap used car.
