Major issues from plumbing to electrical, flooring, flooding from leaking windows and showers, supply of inferior products. Have not addressed the list of 30 issues I have with my property alone. There are another 10 common property issues including a boundary fence falling over, poor drainage, paint peeling off the driveway, fobs not working for entry gate.
