Mr. Fam has visited our house twice now to give advice when we have planned various renovations. He is an expert, and he is patient and generous with every question you ask, every explanation you need, and every idea you run by him. He gives clear instructions on your options and explains things in a clear and even interesting way. We have always enjoyed when he visits. Consulting with him is worth every cent and is a true pleasure.

Responsive, professional, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and very experienced is how I would describe Fam engineering .I had a great experience working with Ed, he was engaged in problem solving with me to meet the design vision of the kitchen. He did a thorough site analysis and we talked through all the options to to get the beam in the ceiling flush and stay on budget. Mr. Fam was accommodating and quick to reply. I was concerned about the adequacy of beams previously installed by my contractor. The site visit was thorough; he answered every question I had. His report included detailed recommendations that exceeded my expectations. Will definitely reach out to him for future projects.

What can I say, Maged (Ed) from Fam Engineering is awesome. I called and left a message, and he got right back to me. I told him what I was looking for and he answered all my questions. We scheduled an appointment, and he was punctual. He's very knowledgeable and great at what he does. He's very polite and professional. You don't find them like him anymore. I was referred to FAM by another company unavailable at the time to help. The gentleman on the phone walked me through all my questions, using pictures I sent via phone, he explained to me all the do's and don'ts of why my shed roof was designed this way and what needs to be done to achieve my design goals. I highly recommended FAM for your structural engineering needs.
