Responsive, professional, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and very experienced is how I would describe Fam engineering .I had a great experience working with Ed, he was engaged in problem solving with me to meet the design vision of the kitchen. Mr. Fam was accommodating and quick to reply. I was concerned about the adequacy of beams previously installed by my contractor. The site visit was thorough; he answered every question I had. His report included detailed recommendations that exceeded my expectations. Will definitely reach out to him for future projects.

I was referred to FAM by another company unavailable at the time to help. The gentleman on the phone walked me through all my questions, using pictures I sent via phone, he explained to me all the do's and don'ts of why my shed roof was designed this way and what needs to be done to achieve my design goals. I highly recommended FAM for your structural engineering needs.
Maged (Ed) Fam of FAM Engineering was amazing to work with! I opened up my ceilings to find that the support beams didn't look adequate for the second floor. Ed came out measured everything and drew up a solution extremely quickly and efficiently. I had one slight modification request and it was updated in less than 24 hours. We completed the project to find that the middle of our house had already sunk 3/4" due to the lack of support. We agreed to over engineer the solution to ensure stability for another 108+years.
