About 2 years ago, I went to pre plan my funeral. Mr. Wilcox was very kind and attentive to my needs. The other day I decided to make a pre-payment and called the funeral home. One of the owners (who will remain nameless) was very RUDE to me and said he did not understand what I was talking about. When he finally got the "message," he told me to come in again and make another appointment. I am ill and this is why I was trying to make a payment. Rick and his sister were very helpful and accommodating to our requests. They make the process as easy as possible and are very respectful.

The staff at Falco were so wonderful to us during the unexpected passing of our mother. They were kind, understanding and knowledgeable with the whole process. They guided us through the whole process and accommodated our needs. My mother looked so beautiful the last time we saw her and said our final goodbye. We are forever grateful.
