I do not recommend Falvey‘s at all. They make it an easy process to buy the car but when you need it serviced under the warranty, they drag their feet. last year about this time, I was driving on 84 in Hartford and all my sensors and power steering went it took almost 2 weeks to even look at it. On 4/21/25 the same thing happened while driving on 95 in New York. Mind you both times I had a car full of children. Fixed my Jeep for a reasonable price
The people are very helpful and friendly. So far I have had no problems.
Had them analyze a check engine light. Work is pending availability of parts. Will be going back. Satisfied so far.
Jason and his team are welcoming, knowledgeable and seem genuinely friendly. Very good experience every time I take my Jeep for Service.
