The guys here are awesome especially Tristan and Mario they did everything they had to do to make sure I got approved and got to leave same day with my new vehicle and being a mom of 3 they made sure my new "used" vehicle was clean and safe and that makes my mommy brain feel better. My last vehicle was just a money pit one thing after another . Thank you Tristan and Mario I will be enjoying my new "used" vehicle out and about with my kids this summer
Hands down best car buying experience ever! If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle and want the best customer service start to finish George & the entire staff at Falvey’s is where you want to go. I have spent time at multiple dealerships in the past month and their deals, care & professionalism is unmatched. I drove 2 hours to pick up my jeep and all paperwork, financing and trade in value on my car was all done before I got there. In and out and drove my new jeep home same day.
George was a fantastic, sadly there car did not work for my needs he was the first sales person to actually respect my needs. I highly recommend trying to work with George for all your buying needs, he was very honest and respectful.
EDIT: Even though it was a great first experience when I got my car, the subsequent experiences have been awful. I got my car on May and by October I was already having problems with it. I took it back here and they said my brakes needed change even though it hasn't even been six months. They continuously told me it was nothing I could've done differently, but they barely gave me a discount when paying for it.
