i choose this repair shop after a "hit and run" which left my 4runnes rear bumper hanging, big paint scratches, and a damaged tail light. i can't say enough about the staff's politeness, timing, and quality of the job. when i picked up my car it had been cleaned so meticulously i felt i was in a new car. earlier in the year we used Toyota's own body shop which left paint drips on my front bumper.. needless to say i will be a customer again of Falvey's if needed in the future. thanks everyone!

Car came back looking far better than it went in. Parts took a bit longer than usual though they communicated all delays in a timely manner. I hope to never need them again, but if I do.....

My first time using Falvey's Collision Center and they exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond not only to repair my vehicle, but also finished a week ahead of schedule. Their amazing staff guided and supported me through the entire repair process with knowledge and professionalism. My car looks absolutely perfect on the outside; and they detailed it as well!
