My first time using Falvey's Collision Center and they exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond not only to repair my vehicle, but also finished a week ahead of schedule. Their amazing staff guided and supported me through the entire repair process with knowledge and professionalism. My car looks absolutely perfect on the outside; and they detailed it as well!
Terry was very knowledgeable, she kept me informed every step of the way, and when she said she was going to call with updates on my jeep, she did. My jeep looks beautiful and it is cleaner than when it went in. Thank you, Terry and everyone who helped fix my jeep. I appreciate you all.
Intimidating attitude, when calling for support they state they can't do anything for me even though they have my vehicle. Prejudice against people out of state. It's all about them or the highway terrible customer service. If you're out of state do not go here. They do social tactics on phone and try to make you feel like your concerns aren't valid and come from a place of power and not customer service. Judge you and your personal situation and give wrong information. Purposely disguise their voice and change it everytime ... read more
