I do not recommend Falvey’s Collision Center based off of my experience. After my Mazda Cx-50 was backed into and had damage to the body and exhaust, I brought it in for an insurance estimate and was completely dismissed and told “certain damages weren’t due to this accident”, even with the video proof I provided. They approved only a $300 bumper fix and neglected to address the exhaust issues. I decided to go elsewhere and was given an estimate of over $3000 in repairs! Car came back looking far better than it went in. Parts took a bit longer than usual though they communicated all delays in a timely manner. I hope to never need them again, but if I do.....
My first time using Falvey's Collision Center and they exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond not only to repair my vehicle, but also finished a week ahead of schedule. Their amazing staff guided and supported me through the entire repair process with knowledge and professionalism. My car looks absolutely perfect on the outside; and they detailed it as well!
Terry was very knowledgeable, she kept me informed every step of the way, and when she said she was going to call with updates on my jeep, she did. My jeep looks beautiful and it is cleaner than when it went in. Thank you, Terry and everyone who helped fix my jeep. I appreciate you all.
