No complaints...everything went smooth.
This is the worst MRI clinic in Canada. You will be ripped off. You won't get what you pay for. The MRI technician doesn't know what he is doing! The staff are incompetent and totally dishonest. The manager is an absolute disgrace. Run from this place. It is criminal what they are doing at this place. You will have to get your images done again as no qualified Doctor in the world will accept their botched medical images.
I came to their diagnostic imaging department located on 8th avenue in Vancouver to get an MRI on my foot and my lower back. Although the lobby and reception area were pleasant and modern I was taken aback by the MRI room which looked old and outdated and the machine also looked old. This surprised me for a private facility. The MRI technician was not particularly helpful and did not explain what I should expect during the procedure. Really disappointed in our experience at WELL Health Medical & Longevity Centre ( Formerly False Creek Wellness). My husband needed an emergency MRI and we were told that private would be faster. His appointment was at 12pm today. We were told to arrive 15 mins early and that they would have us in and out in 1 hour. We didn't leave their office until 3:20PM.
