I love this company. Tells you how the doctors are running when you check in. Coffee, great staff, awesome docs!
I was totally impressed with Dr. Jenkinson and his staff that served the needs of my 8 year old daughter and her broken ankle. The service was excellent and caring. She fell in love with Dr. Jenkinson and hasn't stopped talking about him a week later.
Surgeons at ONE are willing to do work that is unnecessary and has not been approved. Go under for a simple procedure and wake up with a lifetime of pain thanks to over-inflated ego of certain Dr. Not to be trusted! Stay away!
Highly recommended. My family has been using ONE for many years (decades, actually). A couple of the surgeons now at ONE are the sons of ONE's original doctors. It's great to see that kind of home grown organization that just keeps on giving to the community. We all benefit.
Really heavy handed collection style.. DO NOT use this group if you can not pay your bill in full within 10 months of service.. All accounts go automatically to collections regardless of payment history... This is tough on people that make earnest payments every month... Unplanned expense (they added a device to my bill) can drive your office visit cost up dramatically. After years of a good relationshipi, they ruined ours over less than $100.. really sad
My husband and teen children have been patients of several of the docs at ONE off and on over the past 10 years where they were treated for back, knee, or foot issues. The Doctors are very knowledgeable and courteous. I was especially impressed with Dr Thomas (back), a wonderful, caring doctor who treats you as a person, not just a patient. We have had great results with the surgeons at ONE for myself and my sons. However, in their effort to make the offices efficient I feel the patient has been lost in the shuffle. Here's a recent visit: Appointment was set for 1:45PM. Arrived 1:35 (as usual no one at reception desk, have to stand there and hope someone notices you). Checked in, told to take a seat. 1:45-2:04PM sit in waiting room.
