Incredibly unprofessional front desk staff, seek care elsewhere. Your well being is absolutely not a priority here at this location. I suffer from a herniated disc in my back pressing on a bundle of nerves - and could not get in to see my regular doctor. So THEY set me up an appointment here - and then the front desk calls me an hour before my appointment and tells me “if I’m looking for a controlled substance I can go ahead and cancel my appointment” are you KIDDING me? Dr Crosson is the best! I've seen many Dr.s in my past and he's #1! He's helped me so much in life, I wouldn't be the same without him. Thank you!......He's very caring and great at keeping track of long term care and preventative.
Tele-health is wonderful! Similar to in person and I didn't have to use a sick day from work for travel. I hope this may continue post COVID. Excellent. Highly recommended. NP Salter is compassionate and faxed scripts immediately. I am very pleased. Thank you.
