I'm a foodie and passionate cook. Visited the location recently with Diamond tours, and the food simply was not acceptable. It was not prepared with love. Absolutely no flavor profile. The buffet consisted of a chicken breast portion in broth, sliced ham loaf (over cooked) in a broth, boiled fresh green beans (the ends had not been removed for cooking), and rice. There's nothing wrong with this menu, but you must hire a chef/cook who knows their way around the kitchen/spice rack.
Had an awesome time. The food and music were great!
