I ignored the bad reviews and SORELY REGRETTED it. They WILL con you if you are not careful! I was charged an exorbitant amount for work I did not want done, did not ask for and was NOT informed about beforehand. Don't be drawn in by the flashy signs and seemingly friendly service- after they take your money they are NOT nice once they have your cash in hand. Not worth it for the convenience of the location.
They guys are a rip off I brought in my car for a diag test, the dude said it be an hrs time but charged me almost 2 hrs. later he quoted me a 95 napa part for like over a grand!! Like seriously man this douche eye balls you feet up seein my nikes he figured he could take me for a ride.
We brought our Caravan to Falmouth Motor Car for AC service, Joe, who identified himself as the proprietor suggested he perform an AC leak down test to which we obliged. Although as later the pricing billboard delineated that said service would entail a $99 fee, we were informed from the get go that our charge would be $130+ in our case.
