Falmouth lumber saved my life before an important video shoot. They got items to the Vineyard at the promised date and time (no mean feat!) and were a pleasure to work with. They are now my go to.
For a big lumberyard, nobody answers the phone. I called several times no answer no recording nothing Secondly, I came two minutes before five just before they closed and they didn’t extend themselves to try to see if they had a part for me so the customer service isn’t really what it should be. I think they need to improve on their service
Will not be returning to Falmouth lumber. Was nicely helped by one of the guys in the back office, everything was going well until he said “it’s always nice to have a little eye candy around here” with what looks like a picture of his granddaughter right behind him. Disgusting a man would think this was okay to say.
