I would’ve written this review sooner but I wanted to wait until after my engagement. A few months ago I brought a loose diamond into Falmouth jewelry to be made into an engagement ring. Everyone that I worked with at the shop was not only completely helpful and professional with me but even excited for me and my situation. The owners are kind, patient and very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I have purchased from them and also had them do repairs on some old jewelry and each time I was extremely happy with the outcome. I also love their jewelry selection and the artists they work with! They have such unique pieces there! They are my “go-to” jewelry shop in town!
Simply the best! Steve and Neda Sullivan, owners of Falmouth Jewelry are truly amazing. They not only have lovely merchandise beautifully displayed, offer excellent repair but hands down offer exemplary service. They love what they do and it shows with how they manage their clients, never rushed and most importantly never “pushy.” Falmouth is fortunate to have this lovely business in our community.
