Would give zero stars if I could. This place is stealing tax dollars. The case workers never return calls. The secretary thinks it’s funny and is very sarcastic. If they were a private business they would be out of business. Sad part is…. Our tax dollars pay for this garbage.
The worst housing authority by far. Jeanne Monaghan will go out of her way not to return calls or emails. Has no regard for what you are going through and almost seems to go out of her way to make things more difficult for you. Refuses to give superior info when asked for.
