Always great care here, my grandson recently broke his arm and they were so nice and fixed him up quick! So thankful to have this little community hospital. The nurses rock!
Currently sitting in the emergency room and within the first 10 minutes of being here had a issue. Wife was triaged by 1 nurse and she left to get a room assignment. Another RN came into the triage area and preformed another triage. Wife has been sick for 2 weeks and tested positive for Covid 19 last Friday. The RN (Colleen) decided to lecture my wife about the lenght of time that it takes for symptoms to go away. Wife has asthma as a underlying condition and has been extremely short of breath. Horrible traumatizing experience. I don’t even wanna write this because it’s so embarrassing but on a multitude of levels, they are arrogant and conceited. I was in excruciating pain from a car accident and they refused to give me medication and instead they stuck a needle in my arm that was broken from an accident with a tranquilizer to shut me up and they had security guards hold me down and the nurse stuck at 1 inch needle into my arm that had no muscle mass left from the atrophy that went directly into my bone. The nurses here are spectacular. I know I am going to get great car every time I come here. Alec M was my nurse today and was an absolute gem of a human: kind, timely, caring and attentive. Can’t get better than that!
Waited over 3 hours for a scan. When questioned, was told it’s not uncommon to wait long hours?! This is ER! 3 group of people came in late but went before us to be seen! There’s no apparent order or reason for arrangements.
