I can't describe in words how wonderful everyone was with my mother. She had rotator cuff surgery, and everyone's treatment was incredible. Blessings to the entire hospital staff. Everything was super clean and organized, and they were so patient and caring.
The staff at Falmouth Hospital are incredibly kind and so hardworking. I stayed for several days and was given the absolute best care; I have a phobia of having labs drawn and every nurse was very reassuring and skilled. I can’t thank them enough for their wonderful care.
If you want to be treated like a human then not your best bet, but if you like being treated like a puzzle to be solved and at excessive costs to you go for it!
Doctors, Nurses and staff all joined together and saved my wife’s life after her Colon burst. It was an amazing team effort and they never gave up. She became close to death as everyone stayed focused and fearless as they worked tirelessly to save her. 30 days in the Falmouth hospital followed by 12 days at Spaulding Rehab in Sandwich. Had an uhelpful experience here last week and wasn’t taken seriously. I called the patient advocacy department to find an advocate or get some help. The woman Kathleen was so mean and rude. First she told me to look up my lab result meanings on Google. Then she told me to go to an emergency department. When I say well isn’t that what Falmouth ER is, she got even more rude and mad trying to rush me off the phone. I asked if there was anyone else who could help me or anyone above her she said no.
