I never have issues at this hospital unlike other ones on the Cape. They are fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. Most of all nice people
Seriously can't express how greatful I am to have come to this hospital. Truly an amazing experience! All the staff are above and beyond when it comes to listening and helping how they can. I really wanna give a shout out to Dr.Hopewood for being such a great doctor. Super cool, very understanding, and couldn't have asked for a better doctor! I went for baby ultrasound 3x. Great experience with Josi. Very good customer service from the staffing. Delicious coffee shop with the best sandwich.
Extremely disappointed in the ER and their disjointed care. First, while he was being treated they provided a printed copy of another patient's lab results. Second, the ER doctor, Dr Peter Dacosta, stated they would call the cardiologist to get the process going to get an appointment set up. A day later, called the cardiologist on the paperwork and the line was no longer in service. After talking to an absolutely unapologetic ER front desk person, was provided the correct number.
