My mother presented at the emergency room by ambulance this past Thursday and received top notch care from the Falmouth hospital emergency team. Dr. Willis and RN Kyle, took excellent care of her. They have incredible bedside manner. They are kind and patient and above all treated my mom as if it were their mom. I cannot say enough good things about the care she received and eased a lot of my own anxieties with seeing my mom in a compromise position. I just wanted to thank Dr. Willis and RN, Kyle for all that you do.
Terrible hospital. Does not make you feel safe. I am currently here and i don’t know what to do.
I had to go into the Falmouth emergency room a couple of times recently. The staff were kind, professional and thorough. I couldn’t say enough nice things about them. Thank you!
Well we came from the falmouth pediatrician office for an emergency and the hospital staff are amazing , They greeted us at the front door with smiles and with patients and understanding knowing my daughter was is pain , they brought her back a doc and nurse saw her right away like I can’t believe how quick it was , Knowing my daughter was scared to death they made sure she felt safe and reassured her that everything is gonna be ok , Just before the ultra sound they brought this dog Eli in my daughter face lite up and think ... read more
I never have issues at this hospital unlike other ones on the Cape. They are fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. Most of all nice people
