Have been a patient there for many years and from the times I have been in the office I have always had the same miserable experience. The providers I’ve seen treat you like a clone to the person sitting next to you. Rather than hearing your story and individualizing care, they follow the same protocol for all. Then when you need to follow up with your doctor, or start a conversation through their MyChart portal you deal with a different nurse with each response. They deserve 0 stars. The staff has a revolving door and they turn over every 6 months. They changed a medication I've used for years for no good reason and the side effects put me in the ER. After their latest shift change, a Dr. I've never seen named Crocker tells me this incident never happened and essentially called me a liar. This office should be shut down and licenses need to be pulled.
Dr. Good is the worst doctor I've had. She refused to listen to my concerns and I had to repeatedly ask her to do bloodwork. When she got the results, she ignored my warning that I was extremely sensitive to medications and prescribed me an incredibly high and toxic dosage of Vitamin D. She blamed any new symptoms on my pre-existing chronic conditions and told me that essentially I was just supposed to deal with it and that was how my life was supposed to be instead of caring to treat me. Worst experience of my life with a doctor and I'm 73 years old. Dr Good was smug through my hole initial visit to establish myself as a new patient with her. She was smug, and through this whole visit she was pleased with herself to the point of annoyance. I told her that I would never come back. I let her know my displeasure.
