They deserve 0 stars. The staff has a revolving door and they turn over every 6 months. They changed a medication I've used for years for no good reason and the side effects put me in the ER. After their latest shift change, a Dr. I've never seen named Crocker tells me this incident never happened and essentially called me a liar. This office should be shut down and licenses need to be pulled.
Dr. Good is the worst doctor I've had. She refused to listen to my concerns and I had to repeatedly ask her to do bloodwork. When she got the results, she ignored my warning that I was extremely sensitive to medications and prescribed me an incredibly high and toxic dosage of Vitamin D. She blamed any new symptoms on my pre-existing chronic conditions and told me that essentially I was just supposed to deal with it and that was how my life was supposed to be instead of caring to treat me. Worst experience of my life with a doctor and I'm 73 years old. Dr Good was smug through my hole initial visit to establish myself as a new patient with her. She was smug, and through this whole visit she was pleased with herself to the point of annoyance. I told her that I would never come back. I let her know my displeasure. They used to be competent and good. But as with everything in the United States medical system, now they are just a mess. They didn’t have A doctor on call on Sunday so there was no one to call in a prescription for Paxlovid for the Covid that I have. Because they don’t have a doctor on call they wanted me to go into the emergency care. How can they not have a doctor on call to just call in a prescription?
