I have been recovering from knee surgery and was treated by Lizzie at JB Physio in St Columb. Combined with Lizzies attentive nature and advanced knowledge, I was able to recover at a rate that I hadn’t anticipated was possible post surgery. Would highly recommend if anyone is in need of a caring and extremely capable osteopath to speedily get you back on the road to recovery.

Would highly recommend Active Health for physiotherapy. Fran was excellent in helping me with stubborn hip and knee pain. From the outset I was entirely confident - Fran's knowledge and expertise was very clear. The diagnosis was bang on and the treatment/recommended exercises saw a rapid improvement (weeks) in an issue that had been ongoing for months. Should have gone sooner! Clear, practical, simple advice with notes and instructions emailed promptly after each session and available on their app.
